Specialty Programs Application for New Students 2015-2016

The HS specialty application is open for applications until February 1, 2015. You may encounter a security warning prior to accessing the application. You should continue through that warning. Please link here to access the application.  Use this application for Biotechnology, Project Lead the Way Engineering, Project Lead the Way Biomedical Sciences, and Automotive Technology.
Curriculum Information Fair

Osbourn Park's School Counseling Office will host a Curriculum Information Fair on January 20, 2015 in the 2nd floor cafeteria, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.  Parents and students will have an opportunity to visit with department chairs and teachers from various departments to discuss course offerings and address any questions they may have.  Information sessions will run concurrently at 7:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. in Biotechnology requirements, Dispelling Myths about Advanced Placement (AP), and Graduation Requirements

Parent Summit

Parents of eighth-grade and high school student across the county are invited to a Parent Summit at Hylton High School on Saturday, January 10, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.   Registration and additional information is available on the Parent Summit web page

Practical Nursing at Osbourn Park

Experience the rewards of caring for others by entering one of the fastest growing and in-demand career fields in healthcare: nursing. Thousands of students have graduated from the PWCS Practical Nursing program prepared for a professional career in nursing. The program, located at Osbourn Park High School, is seeking applicants beginning December 1 for the 2015 session starting in September 2015. Applications are available online.

PWCS Office 365

Check out our PWCS Office 365 link on the left.  Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud-based communication and collaboration tool, hosted by Microsoft and managed by PWCS.  Office 365 will provide the ability for PWCS students (grades 3-12), faculty and staff to email, store files and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in real time from school, work, or home, all within a secure online environment.   All OP freshman and sophomore students received their accounts and training through their English classes.  Our Leadership students will be available to assist all juniors and seniors after school in the Library on Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday October 23.   Student directions have been posted under the PWCS Office 365 link.

Activity Bus Schedule

Bus Conduct and Schedules
As we begin a new school year, all students should remember that riding the school bus is a privilege. We expect that students will maintain excellent conduct in line with the Prince William County Schools Code of Behavior both in school and on the school busses. We look forward to welcoming all students back for a great school year

Student Parking 2014-2015

Student Parking passes will be available for 12th graders beginning August 15th.  All other students will be able to purchase parking passes at the conclusion of the first week of school.  The cost of the parking pass is $100.  Please click here to download the information and application.
